Description: Primary duties include inspecting a wide range of parts in process including final inspection. Managing dimensional, finish, aesthetic, and recordable expectations per customer requirements. Communicate findings with relevant parties in a timely manner so adjustments can be made if necessary. Lead with the identification of quality concerns and the development and implementation of corrective action. Monitor gauge calibration and control.
Requirements: 3+ years’ in a quality/inspection capacity preferably with experience in a metal fabrication environment. Strong dimensional inspection and application background. Ability to interpret and analyze specific detailed information and multiple view development. Common knowledge of a variety of materials. CMM programing/operation using PC-DMIS is preferred.
