Maintenance Manager
Description: The Maintenance Manager is an essential role that requires hands-on supervisory skills. This position leads the maintenance team, handling a wide array of duties, including the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of production and facility equipment. This is done following safety guidelines, predictive and productive maintenance systems, with an aim to support the site’s business goals and objectives.

Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing throughout the day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The work environment frequently involves working near moving mechanical parts and occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud, and the employee occasionally works in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to the risk of electrical shock.
• High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience is required.
• An AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is preferred.
• Requires 8+ years of manufacturing experience with 5+ years management experience; strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, and industrial skills including PLC experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Able to write standard documentation. Able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
• Must have the ability to read and understand electrical schematics, electrical code manuals, routings, and other manufacturing instructions.
