Mackenzie Ewing – Employee Spotlight
Mackenzie joined Sjoberg in April of 2021 and has diligently worked on learning processes and machinery. She was first hired in the shakeout department and has been highly motivated to become a knowledgeable and valued employee. Mackenzie’s experiences from her previous job at the Oconomowoc Library set her up for success in her future career opportunities. We really value her strong organizational and communication skills. Sjoberg recognizes the time she puts in to help production run smoothly and efficiently. In a short time, Mackenzie has learned to drive the forklift with heavy material, and she recently finished a blueprint reading class that was offered in-house at STMC. We are so proud of Mackenzie and wish her much success as she continues to grow her knowledge in the manufacturing industry at WCTC this fall.
