Paul Bernier – Employee Spotlight
Meet our employee spotlight of the month, Paul Bernier! Paul joined our team back in November of 2020 and has brought a positive, helpful attitude to Sjoberg Tool every day since! Paul took on the challenge of a new career during the pandemic and really hit the ground running with our shipping team. He has perfect attendance and is known for always putting our customers first! When asked why he switched careers to join Sjoberg, he explained he wanted to work with a company that takes care of their employees and recognizes hard work. His supervisor Mark, has nothing but amazing things to say about Paul – mostly that he is dedicated, has a keen eye for detail, always steps up to help others, and he cares about the safety of those around him.
