Jolene Fetch – Employee Spotlight
Meet Jolene Fetch, our employee spotlight of the month! Jolene joined Sjoberg Tool in October of 2016 and has become quite the Jane-of-All-Trades on our shop floor! This is probably because of her unique sense of curiosity and passion for learning. She works on a number of different parts and stays organized by taking notes and creating her own workflow. She’s loved getting to know all the different people here at Sjoberg and is eager to continue learning and growing! Neil, her supervisor, says that Jolene is excellent at asking questions to mitigate the possibility of mistakes and is a major asset in meeting our tight deadlines.
