Garrett Lamb – Employee Spotlight
Meet Garrett Lamb, our Employee Spotlight for December! Garrett started his career with Sjoberg Tool on our Shakeout team, where he extracted cut parts and pieces from stamped metal. Since then, he has built his skill set and now operates a turret press with our second shift crew. Being on second shift, Garrett has had the opportunity to learn the skills and machines that interest him because there are less people on the floor which he says makes for a nice variety of tasks at work. When we asked what keeps bringing him back to Sjoberg, he said the clean work environment and positive, welcoming atmosphere make all the difference. Thank you so much for everything you do, Garrett!
