Adam Turner – Employee Spotlight
Meet Adam Turner, our employee spotlight for February! Adam joined us a little less than a year ago and has been making great strides as our 2nd shift general production lead. He is currently going to school full time and managing a second shift crew all while learning new skills here at Sjoberg. We asked what his proudest moment has been so far, and he shared he was able to innovate and make better tools to run a job more efficiently, which is pretty impressive considering his short tenure with us so far! Adam also shared that he uses three words to describe Sjoberg Tool including camaraderie, friendly, and respectful and we couldn’t agree more! Thank you for all your hard work, Adam!
