Michael Lancour – Employee Spotlight
Meet Michael, one of our incredible Turret Press Operators here at Sjoberg Tool! Michael joined our team in April of 2019 after matching with us through a staffing agency. From that time, we’ve watched Michael grow from a very basic knowledge of manufacturing to building an amazing skill set! He now runs entire production cells, doing everything from shearing and folding to turret operation! We asked Michael what his goals are for the next ten years and he shared that he’s eager to get more mechanical knowledge of our equipment so he can better troubleshoot and fix any issues that arise.
