Meeting the Makers of Tomorrow at Sjoberg Tool!

We recently had the privilege of welcoming 44 (yes, you read that right – forty-four) 7th and 8th grade students and their chaperones from St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church & School in Oconomowoc through our doors, and it was a visit that reminded us exactly why what we do matters.
Manufacturing isn’t just a job. It’s a career built on precision, problem-solving, and pride in your work. It’s a path that offers real stability, meaningful growth, and the chance to create something tangible every single day. And it all starts with a spark of curiosity, exactly what we saw in every student who walked through our shop floor!
To the students of St. Matthew’s: the skills you’re building today, your drive, your attention to detail, your willingness to learn, are all exactly what it takes to thrive in this industry. The world needs makers, builders, and technical thinkers. Maybe one day, we’ll be lucky enough to work alongside some of you.
