We Make Great Things

Items manufactured at Sjoberg can be found keeping people comfortable – in residential dehumidifiers, making life more convenient – in coolers at your local Kwik Trip and even keeping the community healthy and safe – in mobile dental clinics and SWAT vehicles across the country.

We Use Cool Technology

At Sjoberg, employees enjoy operating sophisticated equipment in multi-million-dollar work cells. Leaders are often found mentoring and working on the floor alongside our production team. Likewise, if an employee has a suggestion for making processes more effective and efficient, our leadership team is ready to listen.

We Reward Our Employees

We enhance our competitive wage and benefits package with ongoing educational opportunities and reward hard work with bonuses, opportunities for advancement, flexibility for families, company-sponsored lunches and more. Our employees reward us with loyal, dedicated service. In fact, the average tenure is over ten years, and multiple family generations have even worked here.

Grow with Us

Our ongoing success provides the financial stability and resources to make investments and launch new customer programs effectively. Today, we continue our strong commitment to reinvesting in our business and our employees to ensure we maintain the resources, expertise, technologies and talents to deliver for our customers time and time again.

The Company We Keep

At Sjoberg Tool, we’re extremely proud of the educational institutions, associations and non-profit organizations that we have the privilege of partnering with and supporting.
